"View is fantastic. Place is clean and well equipped. Will definitely come back again if I’m in Busan. Only downside is that it’s on the other side of Busan Station where most of the things happen. It may also be a little difficult for new visitors to locate the key. Tip: if you’re coming from Busan Station, take the sky bridge that’s connected to the building, take the elevator to the FIRST floor. Then, head to the actual entrance, next to Hyundai showroom. From there, enter the building and locate the key card from the postal boxes on the right. "

"Honestly the best hotel experience I’ve had in my life. Everyone starting from the front door, lobby, lounge, house keeping, room service, etc. ABSOLUTELY know the meaning of guest service and experience. The icing on the cake was when the concierge will escort you all the way to your room and show and explain how everything works. She was very patient and thorough with me while showing me the room. Then I was brought up a welcome tea :) The room was very clean, quiet, and luxurious. The heat seats on the bidet on cold mornings came in absolutely clutch. I used the room service a few times too. There was a good selection of foods in the room service menu. Food was good. The only thing I’d change was the shower gel and hair shampoo all smelled the same. The smell was a little too strong for me. Haeundae’s “Main Street” is only a flew blocks away and only takes 5-10 minutes depending on how fast you walk. I will only stay here from now when I’m visiting Busan. This was supposed to be a quick recharge and relax visit for me and everyone there made it happen. Thank you. "
