"The rooms are clean and well.equiped except no aircon. Show is dated, king size beds are actually 2 queens stuck togather. Also too many stairs, no lifts i could see. Gym and pool are good and well equiped."

Leisure facilities such as swimming pool, steam room and sauna were good and the spa staff wonderful. On arrival, Bob on reception made us feel welcome and was brilliant.
