"Great location within walking distance of great cafés, the station and all the great attractions in Edinburgh. We were in the basement of one of the hotel townhouses. Spacious room but there was some noise early am when other guests arriving. Old place so windows not double glazed so this is inevitable. Great stay all in all and would use again. "

The property itself was prefect for our needs with a short walk into the city center. The place was clean and functional with plenty of space.
