"This is a very nice place. We enjoyed our one night stay. The staff was great but needed to work more on communication. The letter in the room stated breakfast until 10:30 am and to leave the keys in the dorm. When we got to the reception the check out date we learned that breakfast was until ten, but in the other hotel, until 10:30 [ there are three hotels together]. " A beautiful old style palace boutique hotel. It has some amazing fresco and the state room is worth the entry fee alone. The hotel is centrally located and convenient to arrive by Water Taxi. It also located beside the Gondola station. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are a little dated by modern standard but otherwise comfortable and clean. Would consider again in the future."

"Lovely hotel situated moments away from St Marks Square. The location really is perfect This is my second stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Room very clean and comfortable. Staff warm and welcoming and super efficient. Good variety and choice with regards to the breakfast buffet. I had contacted the hotel by e mail in advance of our stay to ensure our room had 2 single beds as I was sharing with my son. I had a reply within a day to acknowledge my request and at check in it was again confirmed. When we arrived our room was set up as requested. A small thing but a reflection on how well the hotel is run. "
