They kept giving me phone numbers to call Expedia.. numbers that did not answer. Marco and Joia, at the Radisson, were extremely professional and were a great helping resolving the issue. "My stay at ibis Styles Lisboa Aeroporto has been beyond my expectations. It began with good communication from the hotel management regarding being picked up at the airport by their free shuttle service, continued with a very helpful driver—he hotel is situated only 10 minutes away from the airport. Check-in went very smoothly, The rooms and decoration are new and very tasteful. I chose to eat out but next time will plan to use the restaurant-prices and menu were very favorable. Highly recommended!"

"We liked that it was a very good breakfast included. They also.provided dinner for a reasonable price and it was good. So we did not have to go out of hotel to eat. There is no resteraunts or stores close to this Holiday Inn so meals to pay for was a good service. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Staff was friendly & helpful."

"The staf is professional and Helpful. The hotel is clean and I always felt safe. The area has lots of places to purchase groceries and other needed items for your stay. The subway station is also nearby for getting to your preferred destinations. I will stay there again for my next vacation."
