Second review for the same property. We received a free suite upgrade which we are grateful for! It was a very comfortable stay. In terms of improvement, I’d recommend adding a soap dish as the soap tends to slip into the sink very easily.

We stayed here because of the convenience, <5 minutes walk from the Oriente station and the shopping mall (incl. its supermarket). The concierge was very kind to agree to hold our luggage when we headed to the south of Portugal for an overnight stay before coming back the day after. One may expect plenty of transit guests but it seems this hotel also attracts a significant number of business travellers. The downside were in the bathroom where 1. the tub drain is partially clogged thus limiting our ability to enjoy maximum water pressure and 2. the scent of the shower gel isn’t great (but hey, to each their own).

You could not ask for better location convenience from the train station. The staff exudes professionalism. The room met even the toughest criteria for comfort and ambience. The breakfast buffet offered an enticing array of scrumptious items!

The property was in a nice location. Near the business district of Lisbon. I found the place to be a bit dated. The bar staff were great and provided good service. The breakfast was decent for what is included. The place was cleared but i do not think that its thoroughly cleaned as my room was a bit dusty, carpets showed signs of needing a vacuum.

Overall Great!
We chose this hotel for our last night in Lisbon. It is conveniently located close to the airport, but not too close for it to feel like you’re sleeping at the airport. Overall great hotel, clean and friendly staff. Got welcomed into our room with a mini pastel de nata, which was nice. One con, we thought the parking was free, 1 night stay was almost 8 euros. Other than that, great quick stay.

A lovely friendly greeting on arrival checking in was very quick. The room was very clean and tidy. The hotel is in a great location for the shops and the harbourfront the bar Area was very clean and friendly ordered room service which came within 10 minutes. Check out is it 12 but we had to leave early due to a flight The concierge ordered us a taxi which picked us up from the front of the hotel within five minutes of ordering. He loaded the cases into the car and open the door for us. Excellent service would definitely recommend this hotel We will definitely be using it again nothing was too much trouble

Clean but uncomfortable!
Clean with hard floors. Fast elevator. Good breakfast However even in a suite that I booked you get a tight full size bed only! Bed and pillows very uncomfortable! Paper tissue is a joke they give you a little box with 8 tissues (not kidding)! Overall I will not recommend.

Location was very good, not far from airport and had oceanarium, shopping, dining right in the vicinity. Only negative was a bad smell throughout the floors with rooms.Cleaning didn’t really mask the odour but it was gone when we came in at night. In the morning it seemed to be coming back but we were leaving then. Staff tried to deal with it but we’re busy with groups arriving. Excellent breakfast options.
