We couldn't fault the cleanliness and helpfulness and politness of the staff. Didn't have chance to look around at this vast hotel but will definitely stay there again as being right in the middle of Liverpool and such a good price what more could you ask for ! "

"Pleasantly surprised by the size of the room considering the price. Overall paying what we did we can’t complain. A few things to make a note of: Patch jobs done in some areas of the room Breakfast quality was pretty average. "

"Enjoyed our stay, was perfect for what we wanted. Staff very helpful and chatty. Bit disappointing that the roof bar area was shut for refurbishment, we werent told this on booking and it was one of the reasons i had made the booking. The place is tired and in need of renovation which i believe they're in the process of doing. Super convenient to Liverpool one and some great bars and restaurants nearby. Would recommend as a base for anyone."
