"The apartment was in a nice setting on the Yarra. It is also in a nice apartment building, conveniently located. The apartment itself is poorly set up and does not deserve the luxury tag. The apartment was dirty and the carpets were stained. Also the amenities were poor. For example there were minimal amounts of crockery and cutlery and they were of extremely poor quality. "Great location to walk and tram outside the door. Wasn't the penthouse in the photos, basically told that if we book direct it would be the one in the photos. Not happy about that. We booked for the large living area and it was small."

"The 1st unit we were given was not suitable but Orange Stay found another unit for us very quickly. The 2nd unit was well laid out, had a bigger balcony and a comfortable couch. The washer/dryer and dishwasher appliances were tricky to operate and some instructions would've helped. The master bed mattress felt well used and there were some stains on the carpet.The ensuite bathroom had also had a lingering odour but we couldn't identify its source."

"Great stay though note that it is not the same high level view as what is advertised. There is no air conditioning in the bedrooms and had to remove the light globe in the hallway of the bedroom as to use the overhead fan you needed to turn this light off but it was wired incorrectly. Fridge was too large for the space in the kitchen so you had to squeeze your fingers in the gap between the fridge and cupboard. We were in the Boyd building across the road from the Sebel Hotel which was fine but...

"Comfortable and suitable for a family who wish to have some of their meals in rather than out. Easy access to city & other locations via excellent tram services. No air conditioning in second bedroom & having to collect the keys from a different location were minuses. "
