"The apartment was in a nice setting on the Yarra. It is also in a nice apartment building, conveniently located. The apartment itself is poorly set up and does not deserve the luxury tag. The apartment was dirty and the carpets were stained. Also the amenities were poor. For example there were minimal amounts of crockery and cutlery and they were of extremely poor quality. "Great stay"

"Great location to walk and tram outside the door. Wasn't the penthouse in the photos, basically told that if we book direct it would be the one in the photos. Not happy about that. We booked for the large living area and it was small."

"The 1st unit we were given was not suitable but Orange Stay found another unit for us very quickly. The 2nd unit was well laid out, had a bigger balcony and a comfortable couch. The washer/dryer and dishwasher appliances were tricky to operate and some instructions would've helped. The master bed mattress felt well used and there were some stains on the carpet.The ensuite bathroom had also had a lingering odour but we couldn't identify its source."

"Wonderful old hotel that have a lot of long term tenants leaving the hotel rooms at the back of the hotel, at the back of the building where the trains are active all night long. The room itself is lovely with a very small bathroom. Maid service only on certain days. Again a very long walk to your room, meaning a full city block then you turn the corner and walk further. "

"There are 3 buildings - and this was NOT per the description, so the photo for the pool is different, as are the rooms to the apartments. Cons -Worn furniture - faux leather dining chairs are disintegrating -Shower head faulty - so we pulled the hose tight and no adjusting -we stayed 6 nights- no room servicing -Parking onsite is expensive Pros -We wanted to be in Docklands so nice location -Pool was nice even though it was not the one as pictured -room was pleasant even though much smaller...

"Great location during the moomba festival week over looking the Yarra. Plenty of room in the 3 bedder with a kitchenette, dining and lounge area. The walk out balcony over the river was spectacular and a perfect area for afternoon drinks. Outdoor furniture needs upgrading as the chairs were ripped and tired. There was a sewage smell from the bathroom drains on arrival which lingered the entire stay due to poor ventilation in the bathrooms. Overall a great girls weekend stay due to the...
