"I booked this hotel through your app and paid when i booked i arrived late at night to be met by hostile none english speaking men saying i didn't pay they do not deal with you guys and made me pay again i showed them the receipt however they continued to tell me this hotel isnt bookable through your app i had to.pay again which was more than the amount i paid through your app i want a full refund from you with compensation "

"The staff were very friendly and supportive, the property in general was nice, clean & the breakfast was really good. The following mentioned 3 points were made me feel annoyed : 1) This is related specifically to Expedia( I sent e-mail asking to shorten my stay from 4 nughts to 3 nights, however, no answer at all) the 2nd) I surprised that breakfast was not included in the price , the way of offering the price was tricky and closer to cheating, while the 3rd) there was no parking area designated for the hotel just parking on the main street !."

"It is a cozy hotel run by a family. All the staffs are super friendly and helpful. The room condition was good and all the facilities ( TV/Air con/ hair dryer / bed) were very good. There was a spectacular roof top view we enjoyed the sun set very well. They served local traditional breakfast which we enjoyed very much. While it is in the middle of the hill and rental car access is not recommended, they provided special assistance when we drove there and left the hotel. Definitely recommend this hotel. "
