"Lovely hotel, friendly staff, great location, fabulous breakfast. Only criticism is the pillows are really hard otherwise it would have been 5 stars across the board, personally just prefer a softer pillow bed was comfy though. "

The rooms were clean, well supplied and spacious, the staff are all incredibly helpful, friendly and kind. I was very impressed at how efficiently the hotel is run. "This is the most amazing place my sister and I have stayed at and we travel quite a bit. We missed the check in time but they sent an email with instructions on how to get into the property. The rooms are so comfortable and tranquil, the shower and bathroom were magnificent and so clean, the breakfast was amazing, the staff were extremely polite and friendly. We will definetely book to stay here again when we are back in Bath. Amazing place 10/10 "
