"We really enjoyed our time at the hotel and had a wonderful stay here - we're looking forward to coming back! The rooms were clean, well supplied and spacious, the staff are all incredibly helpful, friendly and kind. I was very impressed at how efficiently the hotel is run. "This is the most amazing place my sister and I have stayed at and we travel quite a bit. We missed the check in time but they sent an email with instructions on how to get into the property. The rooms are so comfortable and tranquil, the shower and bathroom were magnificent and so clean, the breakfast was amazing, the staff were extremely polite and friendly. We will definetely book to stay here again when we are back in Bath. Amazing place 10/10 "

"Check in was easy and friendly. Our car registration was taken for the car park as it’s a payment one. We stayed in Blossom which is a short walk along the road. There is also parking there. The room was good and spacious, comfortable large bed, tv and coffee making facilities. We had breakfast at the hotel which was good too. "

"Cute b&b, walkable into the city centre. Nice room at the top of the building. Good WiFi. Shower was lovely plenty of toiletries. Tea making facilities and bottled water. Contactless check in went smoothly. Car park was full when we arrived late in the evening but we’d booked a parking space on a nearby drive using a parking app. Breakfasts were delicious and plenty of choice. Buffet and cooked. B&b worked very well for us. "

"Friendly and genuine first class service, great staff who went the extra mile - on arrival, in stay and at breakfast. I've stayed in many Bath hotels in the last 25 yrs - few have had as genuine a group of staff that I met on this first visit to Oldfields House . The owners appear to be investing all over this 19th century building - there's a mix of historic charm (especially the lounge) brand new changes, sympathetic additions (see picture of bar area) and the slightly worn (but to be expected in a building of this age and use) The value for money for the time I stayed was first rate. I enjoyed the breakfast - really nice service, fresh fruit, cereals and a marvellous freshly cooked option, which had great component parts too. Will definitely stay again. Ideal for Menu Gordon Jones which is a 5 mins stroll away."
