"We were 5 people in a 3 bedroom apartment. It was just perfect. Everyone has its own space. Hotel has gym, swimming pool and entertainment area with pool tables, ping pong, video games and more. Location is superb - walking distance or very short ride to all the common attractions. Highly recommended."

If something wasn’t clear, they patiently clarified it until I was fully informed. The breakfast spread was truly impressive! They offered a wide range of cuisines, including Korean, Japanese, and Vietnamese dishes, all of high quality. The fruit selection was fresh and delicious, and I especially enjoyed the fresh coconut served in its shell—such a nice touch! And the Vietnamese iced coffee? Absolutely perfect. My room experience was exceptional as well. They upgraded me from a deluxe room to a premium suite without me even asking, making me feel like a VIP guest which I indeed was. The room was beyond what I expected—beautiful, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. Overall, Hotel Nikko Saigon is a fantastic choice if you’re looking for top-notch service, incredible food, and a comfortable, luxurious stay in Ho Chi Minh City. Highly recommended!"

"A great hotel and that is conveniently located in Ho Chi Minh. We walked to all the attractions including the market, Saigon River, and all dinner. Concierge recommended Hoa Tuc, which we walk to, and it was amazing. Staff are very accommodating. Rooms are very small; pool isn’t great, it’s dated but kids still loved it "
