"It is a good stay overall. However, a female, who appeared to be in a senior position or manager for morning breakfast, was very uncheerful, unhappy and hostile. She had no smile or happy face and looked to be unhappy with her job. She is the person who is in the wrong job. Apart from facing her unhappy face in the morning breakfast, the services are good."

"This is a great hotel. Clean spacious rooms. Staff were brilliant, nothing too much for them to organising transport or information about the city, bar staff even remembered what wine we liked each night. Breakfast has got to be one of the best I have had and only 20 dollars. Not the cheapest of hotels but still good value for money"
