"Pros: This motel is very close to many county buildings...walking distance. The staff here (General manager, front desk staff, AND housekeeping) were ALL great examples of how "hospitality" workers should be!! I felt like they ALL were genuinely interested in my comfort and well-being, which is EXTREMELY important to me!! "I had an extended stay here as I was in between houses and although the price was a little high compared to other hotels around but I feel it was worth it. They were very accommodating whenever I needed something and patient when I had to renew my room for the week. they have a no pet policy however I didn't know that until after I signed the paperwork but they still allowed my dog to stay with me which was very accommodating. "

"We circled the property several times to find an opening as there was a high metal fence around it. Once we found it we had to search for the office and finally saw a small sign directing us. The office itself was not lit and had no signage whatsoever. Staff was nice courteous and polite. She was working in the dark with one small lamp! Ideal location, private yard and expansive deck with with gorgeous views. The fully updated interior, garage parking and a clean quiet neighborhood were a huge bonus! "We spent a weekend in Discovery Bay, this location was excellent. The house was nice and the kitchen was well equipped.We rented a pontoon boat and explored the delta, the proximity to the fast water is great. I can only imagine that getting to fast water from one of the further spots could take 30 minutes so this location being just a few minutes to the lighthouse was very good. "
