It is a 10 minute walk down to Central stupa with its restaurants and bars, but you hear nothing in Villa The pool is lovely with a shallow area and a deeper section 1.6m. "The location is good, as others have said and we love the Mani. But there is only one bathroom, not two and we expected two. A previous review states this so they should have responded. The internet was so slow we could not watch any films or work so had to use own data. Fixable issues. Final straw was planned roadworks sll along road, causing noise and dust everwhere all holiday. The water pressure reduced to a dribble for 2 days. Pipe work which is not unexpected but has to be agreed- owners...

"We had the bottom and top of the house for a family holiday. It was perfect: enough space and privacy. Although the pool was great we walked the 5 minutes down to the swimming platform every morning and evening. So perfect. The house is an easy walk to the restaurants and the supermarket. A bit longer, 25 minutes, to the beach. It was a bit noisy a couple of mornings from the garage next door but not for long. I am already missing it!"

"The villa was of an exceptionally high standard and the views were quite spectacular! Our family rented both villas and so shared the pool which was fabulous, I would not recommend anything different as the villas are very close together and to share a pool with people you didn’t know could be difficult. You are in very close proximity to each other. The villa is quite remote and a car is definitely needed. The nearest supermarket is approx 20 mins away down a very windy and steep mountainside...
