"The Malt House is situated close to the river with a great outdoor seating area to enjoy a drink and a meal. The food both breakfast and dinner is excellent and the beers in the Malt House and sister pub the Swan inn are also excellent.The staff are helpful and friendly , the rooms are comfortable with good en suite showers . The rate to stay is also good. I would definitely stay again . "

"23A High Street is a timber framed mid terrace cottage with ancient beams exposed inside. It is highly decorated with knickknacks with a hare theme.Knighton is a small very hilly quiet town. I had no difficulty finding free street parking, but spaces are limited. Tom loves to meet new guests, and he allows them free use of his well equipped kitchen. I will go again if there is another log show at Builth Wells (40 minutes drive) "

Comfortable and warm beds in a beautiful place (we stayed in the stable cottage) with everything thought of - we had tea and home made flapjack waiting for us in the room and more breakfast than we really needed but it was so delicious! "I was given details of a specific flat with entry to obtain the keys, panicked when keys weren’t there , quickly told how to obtain spares, when I opened the door there was already someone there.
