There was no sheets or towel for our teenage son sleeping on the sofa bed. The host did not respond to our request for this bedding. The single quilt cover was stained. Our sheets came crumpled. There was an old torn couch and other rubbish on the verandah. The lounge room had items (soft toys and baby equipment) which made the place feel cluttered and took up...

"The property was well stocked with kitchen equipment but there were no instructions for the cooktop and oven. This presented a considerable problem on the first night we tried to cook. The washing machine was also out of action so we had to hand wash our clothes or hang out at a laundrette. I tried to message the owner to no avail."
