"The property was well stocked with kitchen equipment but there were no instructions for the cooktop and oven. This presented a considerable problem on the first night we tried to cook. The washing machine was also out of action so we had to hand wash our clothes or hang out at a laundrette. I tried to message the owner to no avail."
