"We stayed with are son who has cancer and was there for surgery. Stairs were so steep and dark. Shower base leaked in the corner. No water pressure. Kitchen is a walkway connecting bedrooms. Dorm size fridge. Tried reporting a man sleeping in his truck outside our door. Took 24 hours for host to do anything. They stated he was in apartment below us. Later that day notice he was back sleeping in his truck where he stayed for the next 2 days. We ended up leave 2 days early and staying at a hotel...

"The apartment was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of space to spread out, but it also felt cozy. My 19-year-old daughter was being seen at Mayo over the course of several days, and it was easy and quick to walk back and forth. We shared the king bed. The other sleeping space was a futon in the office area/second bedroom. Just something to know if you are going to be traveling with additional people. For our purposes, the place was absolutely perfect. "

"I really enjoyed my stay here, check in was smooth the host was helpful and it really felt like home. I felt safe and comfortable in the complex. There’s a lot of places nearby and it’s right in between the Mayo campus and Saint Marys campus which was very ideal, I was able to get around without having to drive at all. "It was a very nice home away from home. It was clean and was very spacious. Nice neighborhood and the walking path was excellent, also close to Mayo Clinic. Quiet neighborhood, restful and peaceful. The Host responded to inquires very promptly. Would recommend. "
