"Well when we opened our room it was ice cold. Turned the heat on and it wasn't heating the room well after 20 mins. It was cold out so we waited a few more minutes still not warming up. Had to keep my winter jacket on. Went to desk the guy was very friendly he did switch us to a different room. That room was also slow to warm up but it had a small fireplace which helped. Blanket on bed was super thin. It was late at night so we stayed anyways. Couldn't call the other person that was staying with us in their room cause the phone didn't work. Made coffee in room and it tastes like the paper cup they gave to pour it in. Unfortunately we were really disappointed but it was too late at night when we got there so we toughed it out. "
