"Staff is excellent with exception of maintenance and housekeeping. Stayed 5 days - no house keeping any say came in despite taking tag off the door by 10/11am. The room 404 bathroom needs fixed the light and fan are being held up by a bunch of paper towels- I told the front desk a few times but no one came to fix it. "

"Staff were very responsive to our needs. Not much within walking distance but downtown is a 5 minute drive away. Very convenient to highways. Breakfast was the best I've had a hotel in a long time!"

"Using your room key to access the upper floors of the elevator provided an added sense of security Having a more comfortable lounge chair in the room would be nice. Also having an ottoman for your feet would be a plus."
