"I loved staying at Jacob's Ladder. The rooms are gorgeous and the owners are fabulous. You can walk all over Falmouth from this location. The pub is fun and family friendly. The food is great. My room was very quiet. I'll definitely stay here again!! "

"Another brilliant YHA offering great value for money. I stayed in a private room that had a fantastic sea view and everything was spotlessly clean. Staff were friendly and welcoming and the optional breakfast is worth it and has a lot of choice. Location is at the top of a steep hill but only a 5 minute walk to the harbour. "

"The hotel was very good but the service from hotels.com was disappointing. We had book a hotel in st ives and it was confirmed but when we reach there the hotel owner said it was cancelled weeks ago and hotels.com still confirmed our booking. When I asked for refund they said I haves to book new hotel through them or I don’t get a refund.
