"Great location on the lake with friendly staff. However, I wouldn’t say it was the best value for money. The rooms are overdue for a facelift, and could do with more sound proofing. Additionally whilst you are lakefront there is a public path right outside your window so if you are on the ground floor you end up with the privacy curtain closed so you don’t take advantage of the wonderful view. "We liked it because it was very near the lake. We disliked it because our bedroom was filthy. There was thick dust everywhere in our room. The back of the tv was disgusting. The air vent was filthy, the upturned lamp shade in the bedroom had whole families living in there. Even in the corridors there were swathes of dust. When we asked to move, the receptionist took us to another room this one the paint work was white and it was just as dirty, the receptionist didn't seemed bothered. She then...
