"Great stay at Hotel Jay, but lacking room service. We left our room each day at 9:30am and not once was it cleaned. We had to ask for towels just to have cleaned ones and they weren’t even going to pick up the dirty ones until I asked them to remove them. 5th time staying here and will be back but they need to housekeeping staff. "

"We loved the staff at the hotel and how smooth the check in and check out was. The property is clean and convenient with a restaurant and a bar. There is a nice common area and a spacious hot tub."

"Will definitely be coming back! Great location- couple minute drive from a lot of food and drink, <10-15 min drive from Stowe mountain. Hotel was homey and cozy with fireplaces in the room and around public areas. The staff were super nice and helpful. The spa was great too. I visited in the winter and it had an outdoor hot tub, indoor pool, sauna and steam room all open (there may be more in the summer)."
