"Bit of a que at check in, but great for miller and Carter and millennium centre"

"We came for 2 nights to do the Cardiff Xmass markets. It was a really comfortable room on the 14th floor with an outstanding view. The room did have signs of wear and tear but it was clean and smart and the bathroom was luxurious. We had dinner on the first night in the restaurant and the food was fresh, hot and tasty although the menu was a little likited for our tastes. The pool and hot tub were a lovely extra in a city. We also liked its proximity to the city centre, a 5 min walk. "

"I like this hotel overall, but they have some things to work on. You can't see it from the road - if you don't already know it's there and where to find it, you never will. They have no drop off area for luggage - it's quite dangerous to try in the middle of the street, and parking is quite far. The staff is wonderful. The rooms are gorgeous and quiet, but there is a LOT of mold in the shower grout and caulking. It's really disgusting. And there is absolutely nowhere to hang a hand towel. The...
