"We had 3 rooms for 4 days and all of a good standard and very clean. Great location for walking to the city centre or central square/Christmas market and easy (covered access) directly to the metro station. Only thing preventing higher score is the breakfast area which is too small when the hotel is very busy, with lots of waiting around and having to sit outside of the restaurant on two occasions when it was completely full. The Breakfast itself is very good tho :-)"

"They have terrible customer service. I could not travel from USA to Germany due to the Global pandemic and they refused to give a refund to Orbitz. I will not use them unless they provide me with a refund or credit. "

"The single room was very tiny. The staff was amazing and very helpful for giving directions for sites to see around the property. Can’t wait to come back and stay there again but in a bigger room."
