"Very clean, modern and convenient with an excellent breakfast buffet It was great to not have to walk outside from the train station, but needs better directions on how to utilize that feature. Neighborhood felt a *little* sketchy at times above ground, but nothing that would prevent us from staying there again. Very walkable to town center, public transportation and at least one Christmas market. "

"They have terrible customer service. I could not travel from USA to Germany due to the Global pandemic and they refused to give a refund to Orbitz. I will not use them unless they provide me with a refund or credit. "
