"There was quite some noise from another of the properties. Furniture or suitcases being dragged across the tiled floor, perhaps. That disturbed me but fortunately I was out at work in the evenings so not for long. Secondly, I would suggest that the property use fewer perfumed cleaning and laundry products. "Good location to explore Munich. 5 minutes to S-line station. Well stocked supermarket over the road - although not open Sundays (as seems to be the case everywhere in Bavaria/Austria). Comfy bed. Kitchen has enough pots/pans etc to allow you to cook simple meals for yourself."

"The accommodations were amazing. Super spacious and clean. Very secure. Overlooking the train stop but soundproofing was toonotch. The area was not very convenient without a car. Plenty of grocery stores a 10 minute walk away. Communication was easy through WhatsApp and promptly replied. Highly recommend this place. "

"The apartment was conveniently located for our visiting purposes. The apartment was surprisingly large and had all needed appliances except for a washer and dryer. The apartment was extremely clean and I would stay here again in a heartbeat. As far as checking in, if my son did not live in the area to retrieve the key before 7pm, I don't know how I would have gotten the key with the long trip I had had for the day. A key lockbox would be convenient to use only if you have someone unable to be in...

"The room was so small for 3 people. Hotel seems to be squeezed two beds in a tiny room. I think it is over priced hotel for the service. There is no one to welcome you . You get a code for doors and make your way in. I was not sure who I would call if I needed help or cleaning etc.."

"The owner was there to welcome us on arrival and show us how everything worked. He provided flowers and welcome gifts which was a lovely unexpected gesture. The apartment was comfortable and the complex has an indoor swimming pool and private lakeside garden with access to the lake for swimming, etc. The complex also has launderette facilities."
