"The place felt very safe and in a nice setting with plenty of green outside space. Rooms were very clean and spacious with nice private front terraces. The staff were really friendly and helpful, especially the onwer, Agnes, who arranged sightseeing trips in the area, airport transfer (15 mins) and other transport for us. "My stay at Arcadia Suites in Kampala for a total about a week and a half was excellent. Very friendly staff, rooms were comfy, well equipped and very clean, nice gym with a view, excellent restaurant on the rooftop with outstanding included breakfasts. The message communication did not work but I always got a response emailing them. Airport shuttle was competitively priced, extremely clean and no issues. "
