I chose a bigger room and it was really nice, especially the bathroom with a tub that has a city view window (very nice at night).The bus stops are also right outside the main entrance and there are many dining options around the area."

"There is nothing unique about this Hotel. The owner has to renovate this establishment. It’s not a place for humans. It’s totally runned down. The car bets are stained all over the place. The lobby is dirty, the sofas are stained, you cannot sit on them. In the rooms the curtains are stained, torn, no blinds. The condition of every furniture is bad, needs fixing or get new. "This was one of my ultimate Onsen destination for a long time. I read an article about this place being one of the top 5 go-to-onsen not only for Japanese and Onsen lovers all over the world as you need to operate cable car down to the below Iya Valley to enjoy outside onsen with spectacular views. I enjoyed both male and female side in 2 days and I was simply overwhelmed by the scenery. Only down side was the water is not hot enough as it is a naturally flowing onsen water without heating up....

"The room was very spacious with it’s own sauna and jet tub. Great for couples or honeymoon. Location is slightly away from the beach. Spider webs cobs were seen under bedside lamp desk and cleanliness of the outdoor jet tub needs improvement. Free drink bar available at reception was a delight. "

"Hotel is near the Oboke station which is why we booked it. Excellent hospitality as the hotel customised to its guests. We had a crane origami from the Singapore national flag in our room. At the dining table, the national flag was also displayed. The hotel provides pick up and drop off shuttle service to the Oboke station.
