"So close to airport! Thianis the best hotel by any airport I've stayed! Totally luxurious!! Lovely restaurants, and lovely outdoor pool! Had a transfer to the airport complimeary! Friendly staff - cannot find a fault with this hotel! I will return PERFECT!!! "

"I had to change my reservation due to a family emergency. Though they didn’t have to, they graciously accommodated my request. Checkin was easy. Since my stay was shortened, they even offered me transportation to the airport. The service at lobby cafe was Great. Staff was very professional and courteous. Room was good though slightly dated."

When they changed the sheets, I saw the mattress is filthy & with lot of stains as well. Bathroom was equally filthy - with cockroaches and leaky taps. "It is a decent hotel and there is a few supermarket opposite the hotel. You can buy some groceries there. However, the traffic is quite bad during peak hour. "
