"Staff were so rude and not helpful at all. When we asked for the extension of our stay we were asked to pay almost double the price. Price was reduced after the long bargain. "Place is ok with a little paint could be really nice but staff really unhelpful asked for toilet paper they don't supply toilet paper they offered me table napkins I understand some people don't use paper but they should still supply it They tried to change me for water at the end of the stay i just remindid them about the paper and refused to pay "

"For the price I was expecting more to be frank. It is rather noisy, so if you are looking for a stop over place close to the airport, I wouldn't recommend this one. Rooms are smallish. We went four a drink at the bar and the atmosphere was bizarre. Big telly with sport on, piano bar singer that was so loud we could not have a conversation. Prices at the bar are exclusive of the 58% tax on alcohol, so we ended up spending more than in central London! Ridiculous."

"Paid 18000 ra for one night and my experience This is a very dated hotel ..all the furniture’s too I didn’t have a pleasant experience. Checked in at 0100 am and had to holler for the staff at front desk The room had a pungent smell of bleach so requested ti swap which they did. The wifi is unsecured .. anyone can connect to it, upon enquiring they said because of an issue they have left it unsecured. Bathrooms - flush worked after three attempts, and the sink flush too. TV didn’t work...
