The staff delivered right away and then put a huge vase of orchids in my room the next day to say sorry! Goodness. Beautiful place. I stay here every time."

"Everything at this hotel is top notch. Be it food, house keeping, breakfast buffet, spa or anybody who works here. We made several requests during our stay for our baby as well for ourselves and all were fulfilled. From baby bassinet to changing mattress, laundry etc. we were even given a farewell cake on our last day at the hotel.Everyone is courteous and a thorough professional. Highly recommend."
