"Great experience but disappointed with certain aspects of service. Too many waiters at breakfast and most of them confuse orders or entirely forget them. This issue occurred a number of times. Spice portion needs to be considered especially for foreign tourists . "

"This is an amazing palace, but it does not live up to either its reputation or high room tariff insofar as the Hyderabadi cuisine at their Indian restaurant. The food was not up to standard and did not have an authentic Hyderabadi taste or flavor! They need to hire a local Hyderabadi chef who knows “gharana food!” The restaurant staff are very courteous and accommodating, but again, the quality of food left much to be desired. "Oakwood was amazing hotel stay. Came here for visa stamping. Very close walkable distance to consulate and close enough for an auto ride to VAC. Staff is polite and well mannered. Food is great. Best poori sabji I ate in a long time. Allowed late checkout and offered to keep my luggage safe in lobby till I picked it up for flight. Reception, restaurant, lobby and even the gate keeping staff is amazing. Loved this place. Well done Oakwood Residence."
