"The wifi is very bad, the restroom was not at all clean. I have checked out 2 days prior to actual check out date. Did not get any refund for the unstayed days. Its says breakfast included but, its complimentary only one the first day. "

"I stayed for a week, room was a good size and reasonably equipped. Cleanliness was satisfactory …just. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The only breakfast was omelet which got tedious."

"First time in India. The hotel is showing its age a little bit with the odd loose floorboard around the pool area or occasional gurgling plumbing but no major issues and the communal areas are all well kept and clean. Our room was fine and the in- house dining options are very good. However, the real gem of this hotel is the staff - they are lovely, kind and considerate. In fact we feel that over the last week we have been “killed with kindness”. If we were to return to Hyderabad then we would definitely stay here again 😊"
