"I had to make a last minute change to my reservation, and Dave- one of the managers- was beyond helpful and kind, even though it was my fault I had to change the reservation. The hotel is a convenient walk to the Brook Street pier, where many of the tours pick up, or the tours will also pick up just around the corner from the hotel on Harrington Street. If you need to take a bus to Launceston, the Kinetic Bus stop is just 2-3 blocks walk. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family."

"Great, compassionate customer service! The reception went out of their way to make sure we were ok. My daughter had jaw surgery in late November, a female receptionist was so helpful and considerate. I was stressed out and unfortunately can't remember her name to thank her. The location and access to the hospital was great, it was clean, quiet and comfortable, good value for money. Thank you"
