"Great place to stay"

"Our room was upgraded so had a wonderful spacious room. I liked the idea of a rustic old inn feel. On site pub and restaurant was convenient. Easy parking and access to the cataract gorge and riverside walkways were a bonus as it encouraged us to exercise everyday during our stay. CBD with restaurants and shops are within 20min walking distance and we walked to the growers market, gardens and the museum instead of driving. The Pantry and Lebanese Gourmet were a surprise finds. "Comfortable chalets in the wilderness. Equipped with hot water, heating, internet and TV. Very close to the Cradle Mountain Park entrance. "

"From the time we arrived the staff were attentive, polite quick and all around on the ball. The property was quiet and clean, comfortable and just as pictured. I have only one criticism, and its a problem Australia wide, we are a race of beer drinkers yet a fully equipped kitchen came with red wine, champagne and whiskey glasses. No tumblers, beer glasses or similar. Why do we always forget the Aussies in aussie accomodation? "

"In its day a great place but showing signs of wear. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Shower was over the bath and hard to get into for someone with leg problems. As well there is no lift to the first floor for an incapacitated person "
