"The hotel met standards of a 5-star hotel from an infrastructure standpoint. But what made the difference was the staff at the hotel. Right from reception, concierge, restaurants to room service the hotel staff were very courteous and helpful throughout our duration of stay and would like to thank them for making our stay super comfortable."

"Like: Location walkable into town and the rock carvings. On a large plot running down to the sea and huge pool. Cottage was spacious with view over golf course to the sea. Staff friendly and helpful. Large comfortable bed. Dislike: Sunbeds need renewing. 2 of stairs into pool broken. Litter not cleared away.No chairs/ sun beds on the beach and unfinished buildings next to the beach. Resort needs some TLC which may have started as lobby area being renovated."

When called housekeeping they said rudely its only provided upon request. In the bathroom, the tap is 30cm above the sink which is plate shaped...
