"The worst hotel in my life especially this is 4star hotel. As if this hotel is 2star,still too much.Need a renovation so bad. And for breakfast,the only highlight is waffles.Taste is quiet good. "

"I am happy with Arion Swiss Bell Hotel, but not happy with Expedia.co.id. I book 3 rooms with breakfast but expedia not mentioned in the hotel booking voucher. Luckily the hotel manager gave us breakfast in the room"

"My heart belongs to this hotel… The whole team and staff treated us as if we were from a royal family. They even remembered our name. Fantastic breakfast, exquisite hotel, spacious room… nothing to complain but only tiptop The concierge team arranged a perfect trip to the tourist attractions. One of the best trips in our life! We appreciated everything but the most was the heartwarming hospitality of the hotel!"

"The room on the 1st floor are all with windows closed permanently, perhaps because there are food stalls in the front yard. There is no trash in the room neither in the bathroom. No kettle available. Overall less comfortable to stay."

"Excellent property, we stayed at the presidential suite which was opulent. Good business lounge with free flow cocktail evenings. Only potential area of improvement was the breakfast, coffee could have been better but it’s a small thing / first world problem "

"This hotel is a really good choice for families with kids like ourselves. The hotel has many facilities for children such as: petting zoo, kids spa, indoor and outdoor playground, kids swimming pool, kids cooking class, etc. The hotel staff is also very friendly and helpful "

Love It

"It was great, the staffs very friendly and helpful. Room very clean , and comfortable . But for the breakfast, I’d just say it was just OK. the selections for traditional food could be have more selections . For the price it was worth every penny. Overall I’d give this hotel 9.5 out of 10. And I will comeback in the future, highly recommended to everyone who want to visit Bandung. Thank you for the great hospitality, keep up the good work"
