"Love it"

"I’ve booked 4 rooms and was given the old wing after I’ve asked the reception for the newer rooms she told me that the hotel was full. I beg to differ as during breakfast, there was so little people. Old wing rooms were dilapidated and water in the shower alternated between hot and cold even after adjustment. I’ve booked this hotel before 2 years ago and was impressed with the newer rooms which I was allocated. Overall, a disappointing stay for me and my guests this time. In future,...

"The hotel is located in a very central area, close to the Bandung train station and center of the city. Amenities are well provided and the room is very well attended. We enjoyed staying here. The only minor issue is that the room does not have good soundproofing. We could hear the dawn prayer calls at 4 am from the mosque nearby and the sound of water running from the room next door."

"I am happy with Arion Swiss Bell Hotel, but not happy with Expedia.co.id. I book 3 rooms with breakfast but expedia not mentioned in the hotel booking voucher. Luckily the hotel manager gave us breakfast in the room"

"Right on Braga Street, on the weekend when the street is closed to cars, it is quite festive. Citywalk Mall is feet away, and many restaurants and bars within walking distance."

"The only problem is the room facilities. From mattress to pillows, the toilet and TV, the management should consider to change all that (upgrade) . Other than that, the rest all are superb...(Services, hotel surroundings, location) especially, Beakfast spread were amazing. Many choices n delicious. All bellmen are pleasantly helpful, cheerful.
