"Stay was great, room was bigger than expected. The only negative was being charged for parking at the hotel. That does not make sense since I am already paying for stay."

"We loved the property!! Overall a really wonderful experience. The house matched the listing perfectly and our big group easily fit. House was well stocked with spices and other kitchen items. The house was extremely clean as well. The owner is awesome. The power went out in the whole neighborhood and the owner immediately stopped by with flashlights and candles! "We had a father son trip, 5 dads and 9 kids. The place was great to spend time together and also give the kids their own space in either the theatre room or game room. The private shuttle to and from the resort lifts made it feel like a ski in/ski out. Great views of the mountain and resort. Our host Sally was responsive and accommodating. "

"I liked the hotel it’s amazing the view is gorgeous the uncomfortable part was is living on a 10th floor and going down using 2 different elevators.You go down from 10th floor down to 7 th, then to get to other elevator that will take you to lobby you have to walk a lot….you spend time to get downstairs at least 15-20 min…"

"An excellent stay A couple of minor improvements that could be considered There was a lack of breakfast / black tea with none available at breakfast but the hotel did provide tea pods for the machine in the room Bus transfers were excellent generally however could they be improved with an online tracking / booking service ( at one point the driver thought we were in a different location to the one we had booked a return from and therefore we had to wait a further 10 mins ( 40 mins total ) for a pick up. These are by no means deal breakers and we would return to the hotel in a heart beat "
