"My parents, husband, and I spent two glorious days at this hotel and we are eager to return. This is a Spa and wellness hotel and not a tourist hotel, which is why we chose it. I speak some German, but my parents and husband speak only English. "Everything was great!! Only issue was we asked for an extra pillow and for maintenance to check our A/C because ours was broken. One receptionist that we asked first never brought use the extra pillow and told us maintenance would check out the A/C during the day but they never did. We asked someone else the second night and she immediately brought us the pillow and switched our room instead of having us stay another night in the hot room. Other than the small inconvenience we enjoyed our stay!!"

"The hotel is advertised as having AC, this was a key element in my decision to book this hotel. Apparently they turn it off when it gets cold, according to them and other guests should just open the windows. We were promised that the hotel manager would contact us as we complained about it. That was on Saturday and we checked out on Monday. I have yet to hear back from her or anyone in the property. The receptionist offered us another room where they opened the windows. How did i not think of...
