The staff were generally unable to converse in English and thus I had to use my broken German to try to get by - this resulted in my interactions with all but one person (a waitress at breakfast) being terse and cold - which is not/not typical for Austrians. "The details were wrong. The building has been refashioned as a ski shop and is unrecognisable. The room next to mine was very noisy, leaving a crate of beer outside my room. They were so rowdy they set the fire alarm off at 4am. I paid the high pri e because I believed breakfast was included and that this accommodation was a chocolate box style chalet style Hotel. Instead I got a ski shop with rooms. Please arrange a 50% refund"

Ob quasi neuwertiger Zustand der Unterkunft, Sauberkeit, Qualität des Bettes, Ausstattung der Küche, Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals, usw. Ich war rundherum sehr zufrieden.
