"We brought out medium-sized dog on our trip, and the first room had an issue with the smell of cat urine/spray. We tried to air out the room, but it became overwhelming and we asked to move rooms. Front desk staff was incredibly helpful and understanding, and allowed us to change rooms right away. The new room did not have any odor issues, and we were very comfortable. The housekeeping staff was also very friendly. Overall, it was a good stay."
