"Princess heights was a beautiful hotel inside and out. Our room was perfect with a great view. We received the best customer service and housekeeping while we were there. Breakfast was served fresh and hot everyday to our room. The croissants and coffee were perfect. Our room was very clean throughout the stay. Anything we needed and asked for was provided with quick and friendly service. Gero at the registration desk was very friendly, quick and efficient. He does a great job and so did Saskia. We would come back here just for the wonderful service. We really enjoyed our time and on Saint Martin and Princess Heights. I highly recommend both!"

They treat each customer with respect & kindness. 10/10 would recommend. However, 508A had some plumbing issues & we’d to call for maintenance. Overall great stay. "
