"This is a modern clean facility with great views, walkable to Mullet Bay beach, close to restaurants, a short drive to the Maho area and Simpson Bay. We found this to be a great location to enjoy the activities of the Dutch side of the Island. "

"If you are looking for convenient and comfortable this place will do the trick! This second story condo has beautiful views and is located inside of the gated Cupecoy Beach Resort. There is a very nice pool and pool bar (open most afternoons). Plus there is a workout room and ping pong table by the pool and beach towels, beach chairs (3), small 6 pack hard sided cooler and ice packs as well as an umbrella (unfortunately broken when we were there) ready for your use. We also appreciated having a washer and drier for the week. It is a quick walk to either Mullet Beach with beach bars, food, and chair/umbrella rental or a more private area of Cupecoy Beach. The neighborhood located a quick couple of blocks up a gentle hill contains an Organic Market, Carefour grocery and several yummy food options (French Bakery, Italian, Mexican, Indian and more plus Fat Tony's which serves just about everything, has great specials and often evening entertainment) if you don't want to drive everywhere to eat. It was also not a bad walk into Maho (during the day) if you want to grab something to eat or watch the planes. I believe it's about 1 km and there is a path along the golf course and road that is well worn and often has people walking on it. The unit is a little worn but it is a great find if you don' t need high end finishes. Plus all of the people at the resort were very friendly. We will stay again :-) "

"Absolutely recommend you stay here, you will not be disappointed!! The perfect place both inside the unit and the property/amenities. Stayed with 6 adults for my 40th bday week, and not a single one of us had a bad thing to say. So much space, spotless, the one mid week clean was a great surprise. Each room had comfy beds, ample closets, large bathrooms (3 .5) meaning two of the bedrooms share a full bath. Tons of seating for large groups. We spent so much time out on the balconies eating and taking in the views. Well stocked without clutter, a couple of beach chairs, floats, coolers, beach towels all available. Concierge took care of pre-arrival grocery order.The resort pool is gorgeous with tons of space to lay out, never busy. The beach is private and beautiful, with my favorite mullet bay within a 5 minute walk. The walkability makes this place perfect for early morning walks or walking to dinner/drinks/casino, small grocery market so close. multiple french bakeries nearby- loved morning coffee and crossaints. And nightlife Maho under a 1 mile walk. We definitely loved having a car to explore the entire island!Very safe resort, gate and ample parking. Took advantage of the spa and pickleball court. Didn't eat at Marios but heard it was one of the best on the island. I don't typically repeat places for vacation but this one i would book again in a heartbeat! Kid friendly also although we were without this trip. Thank you for the memories, we love SXM!!"

"The beach view is rugged and beautiful. During our stay it was windy with choppy seas, but still swimable in the ocean. The pool is first class! Good food at Marios. Great view of the ocean from the 6th floor. A great place for easy access to the airport, a grocery store right up the hill with neighboring restaurants within walking distance."
