Grounds , landscaping and pool are beautiful, well maintained. Beach is of course very limited in that area, and a bit rough for swimming but beautiful . A lot of chairs, but like most hotels now, people reserve them and are nowhere to be found! No one monitors this Room are very outdated, with few electrical outlets , very basic bedding and pillows , but very clean. We were on ground floor and loved the gardens. Worst thing was our check in! One HOUR to clear up their mistake, with a very rude manager that seemed unhappy with her job! Good hotel when priced right. Loved all the cute cats . Bought food for them.

The hotel is great, nice rooms, great pool deck area, lots if restaurants very close by and grocery store across street but if staying on left side of lobby, the bar across the street stays open til 3 am on Saturday night and the noise is awful from crowds and motorcycles.

The staff was amazing… our booking somehow got double booked. This was over the Christmas holiday and despite being fully booked the check-in staff was able to fix the problem and find us a better room than we originally booked online….they were kind, polite and clearly resourceful to get the job done… thank you.

When we arrived to checkin on Dec 26 after a long and tiring trip, they told us that our room was given away to someone else. They had offered to give us a room at a sister hotel that was not on the beach (like this one) and did not have the beachfront view and big pools (like this one). After 1 hour (while waiting in the lobby), they finally agreed to put us in a room at this hotel. During this time, the grocery store had closed and we didn’t have water and milk for the kids. The hotel was overbooked and caused this issue. Horrible experience and will not be recommend!

We always love this place! Great pool and beach and bar/restarant restaurant. Casino and other restaurants are all on the same block. Be sure to go to Mullet Bay for the day 5 minutes away. Best beach in the island. It’s like a lake there and they have umbrellas and chairs for rent and 2 places for burgers/chicken. A must do!
