"Near congress center Nothing else. Absolutely horrible and condescending attitude of front office. Dinining options - McDonald next door or pizza slices from a mall that one can walk to about a kilometer away. This hotel is not more than two stars."

The hotel itself has many luxurious elements, though if you get a room on the first floor, you'll have to walk through their conference facilities. "Some of the staff are amazing and some have an attitude that you are doing them a service - We love the restaurants and Radebuel overall is fantastic - we specifically chose the hotel as it has a great Gym but we were very disappointed that the gym only opens after 8 or 9 am in the mornings as business people we want to have exercised showered dressed and eaten to go work - this was the only downside of this lovely hotel "
