"Near congress center Nothing else. Absolutely horrible and condescending attitude of front office. Dinining options - McDonald next door or pizza slices from a mall that one can walk to about a kilometer away. This hotel is not more than two stars."

"My stay was really nice, the check in reception staff member was friendly nice and professional. My requests was answered quickly. The room was clean, spacious and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was simple but delicious, so a little more varity can help it to become from good to great. The only inconvenience is I would say the area of the hotel is a little far from public transport aproximatly 15 min walk. Little gem right in the centre

"A great find just metres from the Frauenkirche. From start to finish, all went well. The ‘Junior’ room (509) I booked was spacious with a great bathroom including tub and separate shower cubicle. All mod cons were catered for and the breakfast was 1st class. The main selling point is however the location. About 20 minutes walk from the main station and right at the ‘Neumarkt’. Bed was comfortable although the church bells were a distraction until I closed the windows. Not a fan of hanging clothes in the washing area if I’m honest but was Ok for my 2 nights. 2 things stopped this from being a perfect stay. The internet was OK but not great and I experienced a number of ‘drop outs’. Speed was also average (10-20 Mbps is not really good enough for a hotel of this class). My other beef was the availability of electrical points. Whilst there, they were not in convenient positions and I had to hunt them down. Other than that, a really nice stay in the centre of Dresden. "
