All-inclusive Hotel in Santa Cruz de Tenerife from SAR 625

"I would have given five stars all-around if not for the first room we were given which was infested with ants, including my daughter’s bed. Thankfully, we were moved to a new room which was fabulous. The property itself is immaculate, the staff is very accommodating and the food was surprisingly good, especially the Italian and Steakhouse. The Japanese restaurant was the least favorite, and would be better served as an authentic Spanish restaurant. The adult pool area was most welcome, although...

"Shame to have added the glazing to the balcony. Coffee area a bit squashed - when there is so much space. Not having a table where I could work on laptop was irritating."

"We had a fantastic 1 night stay with half-board and enjoyed the spa facilities. The room is big and comfortable with good views. Dinner at the restaurant was pretty good, some dishes better than others, but a shame they charge you for some filtered water - it should just be included as part of the 3-course meal as a minimum. Breakfast was very good."

"The property was very well maintained and cleaned everywhere. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodative. We have several interactions with the concierge desk attendants and bartenders and many others and it was always a positive experience."

"Had a great time, rooms were great with fantastic sea views. Staff were friendly and the food, swimming etc were good. The only feedback I'd provide is the room keys, we had to go to reception daily, to get them unlocked and, no, they weren't near mobile phones. "
