"Overall we loved the one night we stayed. Very peaceful, great pool / beach and sunbeds. The food was ample, the evening dinners were beautifully presented and tasty. The all inclusive option was a little strange to negotiate, but worked once explained by the staff. Yes the building is dated, but in a way it works, a little quirky, but had most things we needed for a short stay. Does need a kettle in the room though, an essential in my books. "It was great over all but you have to have a rental car. Basic but very good. Have the most beautiful beach on the island near by- Deep Bay Beach. There is a guy there on the beach that cooks you a fish that he just caught in the ocean. Also, there is a nice short but challenging track to Fort Barrington with a breathtaking view on the Bay. "

"We loved our stay here! Tranquil oasis with a lovely pool, huge rooms and comfy beds, and delicious fresh fruit and coffee with a view every morning. Walkable to Dickenson Bay in about 7 minutes. We hired a car (would recommend) and was a great base to visit other parts of the island and near lots of good restaurants. Jackie was great and helped us with restaurant bookings and recommendations. The place was very clean and was a great alternative to the big resorts. "
