"Lovely looking property well maintained with some beautiful plants and flowers in the common areas. I walked to town Dickinson Bay beach, St John’s and the local supermarket while I was there. All doable although St John’s might be pushing it for some. Had ample parking at the property and felt safe at all times. "Business trip, so I prefer a comfortable hotel, that's quiet at night. This one certainly is. The rooms were refurbished a year ago & are very well set up. Mine had a decent kitchen & an excellent shower. Two double beds & plenty of space. But bring a decent fly spray as the mossies get in. Plus, the restaurant isnt the best but the local food delivery app works very well."

"The flat itself was quite decent but the owner of the property was very not responsive. She gave us a wrong lockbox code to access the flat, we tried to call her quite a few times with no luck. We eventually found out one of the window was not completely shut so we managed to "break into" the property. The bathroom wasn't clean to normal standards and the shower did not have hot water on the first day so we had to waste good few hours in the morning to sort everything out "

"It was great over all but you have to have a rental car. Basic but very good. Have the most beautiful beach on the island near by- Deep Bay Beach. There is a guy there on the beach that cooks you a fish that he just caught in the ocean. Also, there is a nice short but challenging track to Fort Barrington with a breathtaking view on the Bay. "

We had an ocean view room and the views were immaculate you could hear the waves from your bed. The property could use some updating but it was kept clean and the bed was comfortable. The lady at the front desk, i think the owner was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Location was very close and convenient to the airport. I would stay here again."
